Welcome back to TRiO SSS and WCC for the start of the Fall 2015 semester.

Hope you had a relaxing and energizing summer break and ready for the new semester. With the start of the semester, we'd like to give you some reminders, updates, changes, etc.

One, don't forget to smoke in designated smoking areas. The Chancellor and administrators listened to the voice of the campus and decided to allow smoking areas on campus, so please use them and do not smoke in non-designated areas. We don't want to lose them and become a smoke free campus so if you see others smoking in non-designated areas, please remind them.

Two, TRiO SSS got a little smaller as we are sharing Alaka'i 101 with the Learning to Grow program. Space is very limited in the computer lab (Alaka'i 130) and our office so please be considerate of others and use the computers for school purposes when we're busy. For those of you with child care issues, Learning to Grow is THE resource for you so please stop by and get your answers to your child care issues.

Three, don't forget all the choke deadlines:
Late Registration Begins: Monday, August 24, 2015
Add/Drop Fees Begin: Monday, August 24, 2015
DEADLINE Last Day to ADD: Friday, August 28, 2015
DEADLINE Last Day 100% Refund: Friday, August 28, 2015

Other deadlines you should keep in mind include: Last Day 50% Refund, Last Day to W/D without W, Last Day to Make Up I, Last Day to Withdraw, etc. Please see the TRiO SSS Blog or WCC Academic Calendar for all the  DEADLINES.
