Freeman Foundation Community College Program

Do you really want to learn a Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese, or Japanese, but don’t even know how to say hello?

Would you like to take a beginning 101 language class and travel to China, Korea, Vietnam, or Japan for free?

The Freeman Foundation Community College Program is now accepting applications for study in China, Korea, Vietnam, or Japan. You just need to be a U.S. citizen, be in good academic standing with a 3.0 or better, registered for 9 credits or more, and most important---no knowledge of the target language, i.e., can’t be in a 102 language class.

Last semester 4 students from WCC were chosen.
