Word Parts - zelo, zel, zeal

From Latin ardor, zealot, zeal, fervor, jealousy, jealous

zeal - enthusiastic devotion to a cause, ideal, or goal and tireless diligence in its furtherance; zealous - motivated by zeal, fervent; zelophilia - sexual arousal based on jealousy; zelotypia - insane or excessive jealousy.
