Study hard and have a great finals week next week. Just wanted to let you know that Hawaii Community Foundation and the UH System Scholarships websites are open so as soon as your finals are done you need to get started. REMEMBER: you're applying for the 2014-15 school year. If you miss the deadlines, you'll have to wait one whole year to apply.

2. Supporting Materials

            -Personal Statement

            -Official Transcripts

            -Student Aid Report (SAR) from FAFSA

            -Complete extra essays that required by some scholarship funds. This is separate from the personal statement.

 

Go to www.hawaiicommunityfoundation.org and select the “Scholarships” tab at the top. Read the side bar to navigate through the website. If you do not have a login or forgot your username and password, select the “Scholarships Login”. Read all information carefully before you start the application process.

Log into your STAR account at www.star.hawaii.edu.

 

Select the “Scholarships” tab

 

If you are a community college student, select the “apply for community college scholarships” tab at the top of the page.
