Brighten Silver Jewelry with Ketchup
For smooth surfaced rings, bracelets, or earrings, dunk it in a bowl of ketchup for a few minutes. If they have a tooled or detailed surface, use an old toothbrush and work ketchup into the crevices. To avoid damaging the silver, don't leave the ketchup on any longer than necessary. Rinse, dry, and it's ready to wear.
