Do you have children who are in the third, fourth, or fifth grade? Do you need childcare or a program during the DOE Spring Break so you don't have to bring your children to school?
If you answered yes to both questions, The Lelekamanu Program is hold their spring break program March 16 - 19 (Wednesday thru Friday) from 8am to 2pm at their Heʻeia site (at the end of Haiku Road). The program will be mainly hands on learning about Hawaiʻi's natural and cultural connections to fresh water, from watersheds to streams to loʻi as well as a field trip to the Waiheʻe watershed and hike to Hāmama Falls (see attached flyer).The three day program cost $30.
