Got a high school student that attends Castle, Kailua, or Kahuku? This message is for YOU! The TRIO Upward Bound Program is accepting applications NOW!  TRIO Upward Bound is an extensive college prep program that prepares and supports high school students to attend and graduate college. The program also offers FREE college courses to students. All your student needs is to meet only two requirements. They need to be a first-generation student and eligible for free and reduced lunch! The library would like to better improve their services, and to also better understand the needs of students, faculty, and staff.  Please fill out the 2020 Library Survey. Child & Family Service has teamed up with First Hawaiian Bank to provide direct resources, service, and food to families impacted by COVID-19 at the FESTIVAL OF HOPE FOR FAMILIES, a one day “Drive-thru Festival” taking place on May 9th from 9am-12pm on the CFS Ewa Beach campus. This event is meant to honor mothers for all they do while providing much-needed supplies, resources, and family-friendly activities to those in need.  More information at:  https://www.childandfamilyservice.org/festival/  Spots will be offered on a first come first serve basis and you must RSVP to attend.
