Please see the below messages about the Final Safe Zone Training Opportunities for the Spring semester and the return of In-person meetings for the WCC PAQ Club.

Final Safe Zone Training Opportunities for Spring 2022:

There are three scheduled Safe Zone Training opportunities remaining this semester, and we'd love to train as many interested folks as possible! Join in to learn about how to make WCC a more welcoming community for LGBTQ+ folks. You can RSVP using the following links or via the PAQ WCC Linktree:

1. RSVP: Monday, Mar. 21 (3:30 – 5:00PM) For WCC Student Employees
   
   
2. RSVP: Wednesday, Mar. 23 (9:45 – 11:15AM) Open to all
   
   
3. RSVP: Thursday, Apr. 21 (1:00 – 2:30PM) Open to all

Upon completing training, you can choose to join the ever-growing list of students, student employees, staff, faculty, and admin who have gone through Safe Zone Training and committed to being allies or advocates. So far, we have 119 allies and advocates on the list!

In-Person PAQ Club Meeting:

Join WCCʻs LGBTQ+ Commissioners to reconvene the Pride Alliance of Queers (PAQ) in person @ Hale Naʻauao Lanai (in front of the building). Talk story and make plans for the future of the PAQ. Small snacks and drinks will be provided.  All students are welcome to join!

 PS. Don't forget you get to register before the rest of the campus, beginning March 29, 2022.
