Hawaii Relief Assistance Available

Has your household income been impacted by the current economy? Catholic Charities Hawai‘i, in partnership with the State of Hawai‘i Department of Human Services, is offering the Hawai‘i Relief Program (TANF Support for Housing and Utility Payments) to provide financial assistance for rent, mortgage, and utility costs to eligible applicants. This program is designed to support households with dependent children or those in their third trimester of pregnancy. In addition, applications are open for the Free and Reduced-Price Meals Program through EZMealApp. Starting in the 2025–26 school year, students who qualify for reduced-price meals will receive one breakfast and one lunch daily at no charge, under Act 139, Session Laws of Hawaiʻi 2025. With updated eligibility requirements, you may now qualify for this program.
