The TRIO Upward Bound Program is accepting applications NOW! TRIO Upward Bound is an extensive college prep program that prepares and supports high school students to attend and graduate college. The program also offers FREE college courses to students. All your student needs is to meet only two requirements. They need to be a first-generation student and eligible for free lunch!
