Want to file your federal and state taxes for FREE? Register at  https://higoodwilltax.as.me/ and choose the Windward location.  Just sign up for any day/time and then come see Serena to reschedule for a time during the week. We need you to officially register with Goodwill Hawaii and will work with you to schedule a more convenient appointment.

You need to bring:

• - Social Security cards for you, your spouse and dependents.
• - Birth dates for you, your spouse and dependents on the tax return.
• - All wage and earning statements (Form W-2, W-2G, 1099-R,1099-Misc).
• - Interest and dividend statements from banks (Forms 1099).
• - your 1099T; go to MyUH and print.
• - All Forms 1095, Health Insurance Statements.
• - copy of last year’s federal and state returns.
• - bank account routing and account numbers for direct deposit.
• - Total paid for daycare provider and the daycare provider's tax identifying number such as their Social Security number or business Employer Identification Number.
