W2's & Vita Taxes

Did you work on campus during 2020? If so, you can print out your W2 right now, online, if you have signed up with Hawaii Pay and get your payroll check direct deposit. See message below from the Business Office:

Active employees are able to retrieve their 2020 W-2 statement from the Hawaii Information Portal (HIP).  Log in at https://www.hawaii.edu/ohr/payroll/, with your UH username and password.

Employees who have left employment or did not consent to receive an electronic copy, will be receiving their statement by US mail.  W-2 forms were mailed out this afternoon.  Filing instructions are attached to this message for your reference.

Even if you did not consent to receive the electronic copy of your W-2 form, you can still access it in the HIP system.

PS.  The 1098T is available on MyUH.  File Federal and State tax return for FREE by registering at  https://higoodwilltax.as.me/ and choose the Windward location.  Just sign up for any day/time and then come see Serena to reschedule for a time during the week. We need you to officially register with Goodwill Hawaii and will work with you to schedule a more convenient appointment.
