The officers of Alpha Lambda Theta have started a new service project, a virtual forum series called "Pay it Forward Fridays."  They have coordinated the first series of virtual forums that provides a platform for local community service volunteers and organizations to speak to WCC students and the community.  Tammy Bitanga from Hoʻōla Nā Pua and Ashley Maha’a from My Truth is Now. They will be sharing information about these amazing organization, the current efforts being made to curb sex trafficking in Hawai‘i, and the many ways we can get involved.  If you are curious about this subject and want more information about scholarship service hours, volunteer opportunities, or how to make a donation, or even if you are just interested in this growing problem in the world, please join us and help spread the word about his incredible virtual (and free!) event.  More information attached.
