Way too much good food for the 40+ people that stopped by for lunch. For the main course, we had imu turkey, regular turkey, spicy red curry turkey, chicken wings, garlic chicken, pork butt from the imu, and brisket. For starches, we had rice, mashed potato, stuffing, and sweet hawaiian rolls. For sides, we had cold green bean salad, hot green bean casserole, tossed salad, macaroni salad, jellied cranberry, homemade cranberry sauce as well as store bought, gravy for the turkey and a different gravy for the brisket. For desserts, we had home made pumpkin crunch, homemade pumpkin pie, homemade kulolo, and banana cream pie. And to drink, we had plantation ice tea.
Mahalos to Jodi for the imu turkey and pork butt and garlic chicken, Dan and Kaahu for the regular turkey, Tanti for the spicy red curry turkey (for those who like spicy, it was a winner), John for the brisket, Kim for the chicken wings, Rachelle for the pumpkin crunch, Teri for the pumpkin pies, and Ardis for the kulolo.
Mahalos to Love, John, and Kristel who helped prep in the morning and the same crew plus Jonah for helping to clean up after.

24/7 Finals Week coming and will run from 9am, Sunday, Dec 11 until 7pm, Thursday, Dec 15. Dinner menu is looking good...hahahahahahahahahah...
